Editor's Note: By now we're all familiar with the many mental and physical benefits of a regular yoga practice. According to a study published in the International Journal of Yoga, just 20 minutes of Sun Salutations might be all you need to feel the effects in your whole body. While a 60-minute practice is still highly beneficial, it's nice to know that in a few minutes we can achieve similar results. Just be sure to keep practicing regularly!
